Nicole “Nikki “Osborne, 63 years of age of Shalersville, passed away Tuesday February 9, 2010 at her residence. Born in Sorel, Canada on October 22, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Emile and Veronique (Lord) Fortin. A homemaker, Nikki was a resident of Shalersville for over 30 years, formerly of Bedford. She had been employed at Wallace Computer Corporation in Streetsboro, as well as assistant manager at the Save-4 store in Shalersville. Nikki loved to spend time at the family cottage in Canada fishing and camping with her husband and children, especially when their children were growing up. On October 8, 1976 she married Maxwell T. Osborne, Jr. who survives at their home. Also surviving  are her children Michael Osborne of Ohio, Brian (Melissa) Osborne of Groton, Connecticut and Shawnee (Glen) Musick of Columbus, Ohio; brothers Gaby (Glenda) Fortin of Hudson, Ohio, Andy (Laura) Fortin of Washington State ;  sisters Aggie (Dennis) Stika of Hudson, Ohio, Denise (Don) Roberts of Walton Hills, Ohio and Carole (Robert) Martell of Bedford, Ohio and 7 grandchildren. A memorial visitation will be Wednesday February 17, 2010 from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua, Ohio. Cremation has been held. NO FLOWERS PLEASE.
